What it does

- Vehicle register by plate number, with full service history and fitness, insurance and road-tax expiry dates
- Estimates sent, approved or declined, then converted into a job card
- Customer approval recorded on the job, and photos attached to each job
- Bookings and a workshop schedule by bay, with a reminder to the client before the visit
- Insurance claims, with the invoice split between insurer and customer
- Invoicing from the job card deducts the parts from stock
- Service reminders by date or mileage, created automatically after each invoiced job
