Project Overview
The Blade needed to move bookings off the phone and onto the web. Enquiries were arriving by call and message, availability lived in someone's head, and every reservation took a back-and-forth conversation to confirm — which is workable until the season picks up and it very quickly is not.
We built a booking website with a full payment layer behind it. Visitors browse what is on offer, choose their date, and pay online by card or through PayPal without anyone needing to pick up the phone. The client manages everything themselves through the page builder — pricing, photography and descriptions all change whenever they need them to, with no developer in the loop.
It is one of our earlier builds and it still holds up as a clean example of what a booking site should do: take the booking, take the payment, and get out of the way.
